Our temperature and pressure controlled quality room equipped with various tools make us to measure every aspects of the parts with the most optional way. We use on machine verification for inspection between operations. This ensures us for quick and accurate adjustments while the parts still in the machine. For final inspection our CMM machine is inevitable, and for comlpex 3D surfaces a 3D scanner helps us to ensure maximum validation. We also use manual inspection tools for quality checkpoints such as calipers and micros. They are directly connected to our ERP system eliminating the typeing an logging errors.
